Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 September 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the internal reporting tool operated by Condire Digitale ("we", "us", "our") ("Condire Digitale Report Hub") available at https://report.condiredigitale.it (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

The Service is a private, agency-internal marketing dashboard. It aggregates via official APIs the marketing performance data (Meta Graph/Marketing API, Google Ads API, Google Analytics 4 Data API, Google Search Console API) of the clients we manage, and produces periodic PDF reports for those clients. The Service is not publicly available and access is limited to authenticated members of our agency team.

3. Eligibility and authorized users

Only authorized members of the Condire Digitale team may access the Service. Client organizations we manage do not have direct access. If you believe you should not have access to this Service, please contact us at condiredigitale@gmail.com.

4. Client authorization

For each client whose data we aggregate, the Service accesses their Meta and Google accounts exclusively through official OAuth flows or agency partnership grants. Access is read-only unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by the client. A client may revoke access at any time from their respective account settings, or by contacting us; upon revocation we cease all further data collection for that client.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Third-party APIs and compliance

The Service integrates with third-party APIs subject to their own terms:

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable third-party terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its source code, design, and content authored by us, is the exclusive property of Condire Digitale. Data retrieved from client accounts remains the property of the respective account owner; we act as a processor on their behalf.

8. Data protection

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data retrieved from third-party APIs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Condire Digitale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Italy competent for the headquarters of Condire Digitale.
